Fees , Payments, & Refund Policy

At Black Letter Law P.C., we believe legal services should be clear, accessible, and straightforward. Our fees and payment arrangements are discussed with clients before legal services begin and may vary depending on the type and complexity of the matter. 

 

​Consulation Fees

If a consultation fee is required when scheduling an appointment, payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Consultation Fees are generally non-refundable once the scheduled consultation has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. Refunds or credits for missed or canceled appointments may be considered at the sole discretion of Black Letter Law, P.C.​​

 

Legal Fees

Any legal fees paid for representation are governed by the terms of your written engagement agreement. This website's refund policy does not replace or modify the terms of any attorney-client agreement. 

 

​Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
